Shipping & Returns
All orders are shipped Monday - Friday. Orders placed over holidays and weekends will be processed the next business day. Please allow 2-3 days for orders to be processed, though most orders will be shipped out the next business day via USPS unless otherwise noted. Once the orders shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.

RETURN POLICY
Here at the one and only Doer Brand, we want you to be happy with your purchases. We take pride in our products and hope that you love them as much as we do. But hey, we understand that there will be times when an item is delivered and it turns out not to be exactly what you had wanted. It happens. That is why we offer our stress-free return policy.
All returns must be initiated within 7 days from the delivery date and you can inbox us to initiate the return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused (yes, not even once) and in the original new condition that was delivered to you.
Once the item has been received, we will send an email notification letting you know if your order met our refund/exchange requirements of the refund. If approved, all refunds will be processed and credit automatically applied to the original method of payment minus the original shipping fees.
Most financial institutions (aka banks) may take 5-7 business days for the amount to show.
Please note all items on sale are final and can not be returned unless the item is defective.
